How to upload your prints/writing/images

Sharp, clear prints create the best engraved piece with the ideal print showing the ridges clearly. To achieve the best print use medium pressure and avoid smudging. It is advisable to take 4 to 8 prints of one fingerprint with name clearly referenced if selecting multiple pendants.

IMPORTANT NOTES:
If your print does not meet the standard required your order may be subject to processing delays. By submitting the images, you give permission for Neam to collect and store your image/print for the sole purpose of producing your jewellery.
After you place your order:
UPLOAD YOUR PRINTS

1. If you have selected an inkpad to be sent please allow 3 - 5 days for the package to arrive. Alternatively you can use black ink to capture your prints.

2. Place clean fingertip onto ink.
​
3. Gently press the finger to transfer print onto white paper - take up to 4 prints if necessary. Include
name of print if multiple prints.
4. Take a photo on your phone in good lighting and upload by email with your order name in subject line to: contact@neamjewellery.com
Handwriting
A drawing or handwriting on white paper (without lines) are best with clear out lines and not too detailed. Take a picture using your phone and upload to the above email address referencing the order name/ order number in subject bar.
